HEY FRIENDS!!!!!  We all need a happy life and we often run around the world to get us into luxury, pleasure, get away sorrows, to earn more, to be loved, to be hated, to hate and to love, to embrace ourselves and after everything we cry out loud at least "I want PEACE" Right??

So its difficult for many of us to cope up with each day... 
I would like to give you people some ideas that really helped me to handle each day without stress anxiety loud cries and other sorts of frustrated feelings and helped me to calm down and be happy throughout the day😊😊😊
Okay! Letz starts from the moment you gonna sleep because your sleep determines your rate of freshness in the morning...

1. A good sleep at night:

A good sleep at night gives a fresh look at morning. “A good night's sleep allows you to tackle the day's stress easier,” according to the Sleep Disorders Health Centre. Normally it is said  a sleep of 8 hours, however, it varies for different age groups:
  • Teenagers (14-17): Sleep range widened by one hour to 8-10 hours 
  •  Younger adults (18-25): Sleep range is 7-9 hours 
  • Adults (26-64): Sleep range did not change and remains 7-9 hours. 
  • Older adults (65+): Sleep range is 7-8 hours

2. Say I love (Your Name or Myself) morning when you wake up:

   Let us have a good start at morning, have no negative thoughts at morning let there be thunder and storm happen in your life but you are not gonna die this second. All you want is to live. So live the present moment you have right now at your hands. Live it of your wish. Love yourself because none there stays with you in all second from birth to death in all odd situations except you...

So Say "I LOVE MYSELF" first

3.Morning routine:

 i. clean your face
 ii. brush your teeth
iii. dispose waste material from the body( faeces, urine)
iv. have a good exercise ( anaerobic exercise)- 30 minutes
v. meditation- 5 to 10 minutes
vi. have a body bath
vii. wear a dress best suits your mind and gives comforts to your body

4.Stay Healthy: 

  • Never skip your breakfast - have them on time
  • Limit the usage of junk foods- I know its a toughest portion and we often can't avoid it. In my view just use little that doesn't affect much but don't get addict to it
  • stay away from alcohol and other sorts of drugs giving you hallucination- If you use alcohol to an extent it could give you health benefits but too much means you are paving your path to death (In the United States, one "standard" drink contains roughly 14 grams of pure alcohol, which is found in 12 ounces of regular beer, which is usually about 5% alcohol. 5 ounces of wine, which is typically about 12% alcohol. 1.5 ounces of distilled spirits, which is about 40% alcohol.) 
  • have medical checkups   
5. Spend an hour or two a day for yourselves:

  Engage in an activity that makes your mind up and gives you relaxation. That activity you does must be in accord to the wish of your heart. Like painting, hearing music, reading, photography long walks in garden or street etc... that makes your mind freely flow away.

6. Keep yourselves high:

 You may not be respected by anyone in this society or family or friends etc due to any social background or appearance or let it be anything. But know you are important to yourselves as said earlier. So give respect to yourselves and if anyone ignores you prove them you are worthy enough not by going back to them for every single moment. it means you have to do something worthy. Means you have to achieve. Always keep your aims high and achievable and work for it.

7. Be with positive thoughts and positive people:
   Being with positive people gives yourself a positive outlook toward your life and make it away from negative thoughts. They help you to get inspirations and your life go success and away from worries. Often ignorance, misunderstandings and other problems in relationships create a negative effect on your life( children, sibling, friend, partner etc..). Know how to balance it and practice.here you could read the principles of life you should have

8. Drink more water:

    Drinking water helps you to relieve stress and helps you to balance your healthy. It has amazing benefits. 

9. Clean Home, Bedroom and surrounding:

   Keep the place you live in clean and neat. It controls your health and makes you mentally fit.
Provides you with a good breath and calmness to the mind.
